- Celery (beware of allergy sufferers!)
- A piece of ginger

What can I tell you about spinach that you and Popeye don’t know? Well, although they don’t have as much iron as we thought, they do have a lot of vitamins and minerals that you only absorb if you chew them well, or if you drink them in shakes. And ginger and celery, purifying and anti-inflammatory… and to that add the apples, which the British say keep the doctor away 😉 An apple a day keeps the doctor away… Imagine two!
